Site Architect is needed For a construction company in Iraq.
Main Role
The Site Architect prepares technical drawings (structural and architectural drawings) and plans for further use by production and installation. The Site Architect also prepares detailed drawings of the project.
Key Activities
- Shop drawings (AutoCAD Drawing) including the details required to facilitate the execution at the production phase.
- Perform general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Architecture & Design.
Technical knowledge, skills & abilities required
- Good knowledge to manage the project interface activities.
- Good CAD skills.
- Interior design knowledge is a plus.
